You will find Dana always taking advantage of a training moment. Her greatest happiness comes from watching people learn and achieve their own successes – great or small! She brings that into her classrooms. During class time, her style of teaching allows for time to get to know the participants, how best they learn, and meet them where they are in their knowledge of real estate. People set goals when they come to class to learn and become a greater version of themselves. Being part of people’s journey to help them attain the best version of themselves is a key priority in Dana's life journey.
"My goal is to have all the freedom I want to spend time with my family. My journey has included fulfilling roles as a daughter, granddaughter, wife, mother and grandmother. Outside of my family roles, I have enjoyed being a truck dispatcher, a softball coach, a Realtor and now a licensed real estate Instructor. Teaching and providing value to others gives me energy."
Five attributes you can expect when learning with Dana are kindness, understanding, virtue, value and FUN.

Andrea considers herself a lifelong learner, understanding that in the ever-changing world of real estate, learning never ceases. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with her students and other agents in an effort to improve the real estate industry. Andrea volunteers her time to real estate associations and
industry organizations to stay up to date on issues affecting real estate and to give back. Andrea loves to get other agents involved, often for the first time, in their real estate association. Andrea is a Contract Trainer for MRED (Midwest Real Estate Data), a trainer at her office, and a pre-license instructor.
Her experience in real estate and with training new agents gives her an understanding of the challenges that face those beginning their real estate journey; whether it be prospective agents working to pass the test or new agents beginning their career, Andrea enjoys being a resource and advocate for
them. In the classroom, Andrea strives to adapt to the needs of her students and find ways to help them build knowledge and confidence. “Being a part of a student’s journey to a new career is both exciting and rewarding.”
