About Us

License Basics

 

To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Broker License in the State of Illinois, you must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.), successfully complete the required 75 hours of real estate classes, and pass the state licensing exam.

After completing this course, you will have successfully met all of the state's education requirements (75 hours) and will qualify to sit for the Illinois State & National Real Estate Broker license exam.

Education For Everyone

Most of our real estate classes online via Zoom to make it convenient for you to join class no matter where you live in Illinois. A select few of our classes are offered in person.
